Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is ready to ship. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the acceptance of your order and processing of your payment. There are some situations that may result in your order being cancelled, including limitations on quantities that we have available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or problems identified by our credit card processing service. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or denied. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, a credit to your credit card will be issued in the amount of the charge.

Paypal

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to NETAPORTER. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.

Hybridity Aesthetics uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode. This ensures that your information is kept private between your web browser and our web server. If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to Hybridity Aesthetics. 

 

Saved Card Details

To make shopping quicker in future, you have the option to safely store your credit card details. Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last four digits so that you know which card you’re using. You can choose not to save your card details by unchecking the box on the payment page. If you change or add a new address, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

If you decide to purchase a product through hybridityaesthetics.co.uk (the “Site”), you should be aware that in addition to the Terms of Use, your purchase will be subject to the following Online Ordering & Return Policy.

By using the Site to purchase products, you agree to the terms of this Online Ordering & Return Policy, as may be amended from time to time. If you do not consent to the terms of this Online Ordering & Return Policy, do not use the site. 


Product Orders

To order a skincare product through the Site, simply add the product to your shopping cart. Once you have finished browsing the Site and are ready to purchase your product(s), you can proceed to the check-out to complete the purchase.

You should note that placing a product in your shopping cart does not reserve the price that is shown at that time. It is possible that a product price may increase or decrease between the time you place the product in your cart and the time you complete your purchase through the check-out function.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if additional information is required to accept your order. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact info@hybridityaesthetics.co.uk  within (3) day quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Incorrect Item Delivered

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Info@hybridityaesthetics.co.uk within (3) working days; quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Maximum Purchase Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Please note that all orders generally take 1-3 business days to process provided that the items are in stock and your payment has been verified, although we do not guarantee that all orders will be processed within this time frame. We do not process orders during the weekends or on holidays. You should be aware that the shipping times listed above are in addition to the processing time.

Hybridity Aesthetics strives to have all products listed on the Site in stock and available for sale at all times. However, there may be instances where a product becomes out of stock between the time you place an order and your order is processed. If that occurs, we will send you an email notifying you that the item(s) is out of stock and will give you the option to have us ship you all items in the order that are currently available, or cancel the order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with Hybridity Aesthetics skincare products is very important to us and we strive to provide you with only the best product and purchase experience.

If you are dissatisfied with any purchase you have made through this Site, you have the option of returning any unopened product for a refund within 15 days of the shipment date stated on the invoice and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact Info@hybridityaesthetics.co.um Briefly describe the reason for the return in the message box. Please allow up 2 business days for response.

If a return authorization is granted, you will be issued a pre-paid return shipping label to ship your order back to the pharmacy. Once the item(s) is received, you will receive a Return Confirmation email and you will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. We ask that you allow up to 7 business days for the credit process to reflect in your account.

Items received more than 15 days after purchase date or that have been opened may not be returned.


Refused & Undeliverable Packages:

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs hybridityaesthetics.co.uk has incurred in sending the products out to you.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy

At Hybridity Aesthetics, we prioritise your time and commitment. To maintain fair and efficient operations, we have established the following late cancellation and no-show policy.

Late Cancellation

  • Definition: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Charges:
    • 25% of treatment cost if canceled within 48 hours.
    • 30% of treatment cost if canceled within 24 hours.
  • Note: Card details are required to confirm appointments but no payment is taken upfront.

No Show

  • Definition: Missing an appointment without prior notice.
  • Charge: 30% of treatment cost.
  • Consequence: Persistent no-shows may lead to the refusal of future appointments.

Exceptions

  • Waivers: In cases of illness or emergencies, fees may be waived at the clinic’s discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

Payment

  • Process: Fees for late cancellations or no-shows are deducted from the linked payment card at the time of the incident.

Communication

  • Policy Sharing: The policy is communicated at various points during the booking process.
  • Reminder System:
    • Confirmation email at booking.
    • Reminder email 72 hours before the appointment.
    • Text message reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
    • Tracking of email delivery and opening.

  • Self-Management: Patients can manage, reschedule, or cancel their appointments via their secure Glowday account at Glowday.com.

Gift Voucher T&Cs

This Gift Voucher ("Voucher") is issued by Hybridity Aesthetics ("Issuer") and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Redemption: This Voucher can only be redeemed for goods or services in Clinic or online at Hybridity Aesthetics. 

  • Validity: The Voucher is valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher. After this date, the Voucher will not be accepted.
  • Non-transferable: The Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person it was originally gifted to.
  • Identification: To redeem the Voucher, the recipient must provide satisfactory identification upon request.
  • No Cash Value: The Voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or any other alternatives.
  • Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The Issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Vouchers. Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Restrictions: The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless specified by the Issuer.
